Dear Homeowners,
Beginning on May 1st, 2025, Parkway Heights HOA will begin using a collections agency for delinquent accounts.
As a reminder our collection policy is as follows:

- At 30 days a past due reminder is sent to the homeowner

- At 60 days a delinquent balance reminder is sent to the homeowner
- At 90 days a 15 Day Demand letter is sent to the homeowner
Once a homeowner reached the $500 collection balance, they will be turned over to the collection agency.Please be advised, any account submitted to collections will incur an additional charge of $400.00 from the collection’s agency. Additionally, subsequent charges will be added to the homeowner’s account by the collection’s agency for liens and foreclosures. Once an account is submitted to collections, it is out of HOA control, and any questions, concerns, and/or payments will have to be directed to the collection’s agency.
